What is Brigadeiro?
It’s a soft, fudgy truffle made with sweetened condensed milk and cocoa (if base flavor is chocolate), slowly cooked, rolled into bite-size balls, and finished with sprinkles or endless gourmet toppings texture, flavor, and presentation.
